To whom it may concern, as a business owner, I felt it is most important to recognize an individual whom goes above and beyond in customer service. Mandy was so kind and assisted my daughter whom will be celebrating her Sweet 16 on May 29th securing her dream dress. Unfortunately, the original order we placed with an establishment 2 weeks ago in New York notified us via email on Monday the dress was not available. Without Many today, even though it may be just a dress to another individual, to my daughter Shelby it will define her coming out on her Sweet 16.
