I called customer service and they called me back right away and sent me a new one for FREE. I was gonna have a heart attack. You guys made my wedding already. I will always refer you to everyone. You guys provided such an amazing service when I ordered my quinceanera dress and dama dresses. I was one of those new, nervous on-line buyers as these dresses meant the world to me and I was ordering them from half way across the world. My dress is absolutely beautiful! Even though I was having it shipped to the uk, it arrived really quickly, within 10 days. It's the correct size and therefore doesn't need to be altered. The online help I received was great when I initially looked at the dress. My only advice to other UK customers is to check with HMRC how much you will be charged for tax when arriving in the UK so you know what to expect. My dress still worked out cheaper than buying it in the UK even after tax. I would definately recommend using this website as I found it very efficient.
